Due to increasing production volumes, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the team as a Production Planner.
Role overview
As a Production Planner, you monitor the day-to-day activities of the entire production process.
You have a dual role within the team; you will manage the planning of our production department and look for improvements within our production processes. You are the linking pin between all the operational departments involved in the process: production, purchasing, logistics, and sales. In this position, you will work closely together with the production manager and logistics team.

Responsibilities
- Planning the production process on the basis of received orders, calculating production capacities and the resources required for production
- Adjusting production plans based on stock levels and production capacities
- Monitoring compliance with the production deadlines in accordance with the production plan
- Handling of incoming stock
- Addressing and resolving issues regarding production and quality
- Mapping and documenting the different processes within operations
- Searching for optimizations that can improve the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the production processes
What we expect from you
- Relevant experience in the field of operations/production/logistics is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Estonian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
