Robowatch has been the market leader in construction site security since 1998. Our systems successfully protect hundreds of premises throughout the UK from theft, trespass and vandalism. Premises such as construction sites, schools, offices, factories, void and unoccupied buildings are all remotely monitored by our in-house CAT II registered Alarm Receiving Centre.
Project overview
The project’s were a series of solar farms that were managed by Greencoat Capital spread over the UK ranging in size but upward from 2,200 sq ft. Greencoat Capital is one of the UK’s largest independent managers of unlisted institutional capital in solar with over £1.4bn committed to its funds.
What problem were you trying to solve?
Greencoat Capital had several thefts over numerous sites. The thefts had mainly been of high value copper cable from the substations located amongst the solar panels. Unfortunately, there was no constant power supply, nor was there an internet connection. The objective was to secure the main access gates & substations as per the clients request.
