Keep an eye on your sites with the Snapshot feature
Many Reconeyez customers have already tried out our newest Snapshot feature. Snapshot allows you to take photos on demand from your detectors without triggering the alarm.
When to use it?
Snapshot is perfect for when you want to quickly check on your site without being there physically. For example, you can take a snapshot after a storm to see if any trees have fallen or to check the water levels in areas prone to flooding. Or to even check the weather.
How to use the new feature?
The new feature is accessible only from the Cloud and not from the app. Using the feature is very easy:
- Click on “Devices” from the upper menu
- Click on the round icon below the Disarm button.
3. Click the “Go to snapshot view” text to see the photo.
With Snapshot, you have even more control over your security system and the ability to monitor your site from a distance.
