Choose which notifications you receive

Not all notifications are equal. As a matter of fact, unwanted notifications can easily turn into distractions and not be helpful at all. To avoid that, we made sure that the Reconeyez app’s alarm notifications are customizable, so you can choose which alerts you want to receive and which ones you don’t. This ensures you only receive the most critical notifications without any unnecessary noise.

The app has many features that will save your time, simplify your work and increase the level of security. One of the standout features of the Reconeyez app is its ability to provide quick access to the right contacts in case of an alarm. If you receive an alert with a photo from the site, the app provides you with the necessary location and contact information, for example, the police and site owner numbers. This ensures that you can take immediate action to secure your site further or call for additional help.

NB! To use that feature, the site owner must add contact and location data in the Area view in Cloud. We recommend adding your local police number there as well.

Easily share or limit access

Another important aspect of the Reconeyez app is the level of control it gives you over who has access to your site’s footage and alarms. You can choose to give access to the end-user or restrict access to only your team. This helps to ensure that the right people are informed and able to respond in case of an emergency.

Another great perk is the easy sharing of alarm photos. Inside the app, you can comfortably share the alarm photos with other parties. It can come especially handy when the intruder or their vehicle has to be quickly identified, and the help of the site owner is needed.
